I will fight to ensure quality affordable housing is available in all new housing developments, as housing costs continue to rise. I also pledge to protect our seniors from being forced out due to rising property taxes by advocating to freeze property taxes for low-income residents in our city.

Protecting Our Community
Safety is the foundation of a strong community.
I support funding for the Stockbridge Police Department to keep you safe. I will also ensure officers know residents by name, treat everyone with respect, and hold regular community meetings to strengthen relationships between law enforcement and the community.
• Advocate for increased community policing efforts to build trust and collaboration between law enforcement and residents.
• Support proactive code enforcement that targets blight, abandoned properties, and unsafe conditions.
• Work to ensure that code enforcement is fair, consistent, and focused on improving neighborhoods.
• Launch initiatives to help residents and businesses understand and comply with city codes through education and support programs.
Preserve our History
Our history defines who we are.
•Identify and protect historic landmarks, buildings, and neighborhoods that represent Stockbridge’s rich heritage.
• Advocate for partnerships with historical societies and preservation groups to secure grants and funding for restoration projects.
• Create community programs that highlight and educate about the historical significance of District 2 and all of Stockbridge.

Antwan Cloud is a dedicated community leader, proud resident of Stockbridge, and a proven professional with a passion for service and results. A candidate for Stockbridge City Council District 2, Antwan brings a unique blend of business expertise, analytical skill, and heartfelt commitment to building a stronger, more vibrant community for all.
Antwan holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Analytics and an MBA in Supply Chain Management, equipping him with the tools to approach complex challenges with strategic thinking, data-driven solutions, and a focus on efficiency and pellucidity. He is a proven IT consultant - establishing transparent leadership while integrating solutions for thriving sectors. His professional background has been rooted in optimizing systems, improving operations, and ensuring organizations work smarter — skills he is eager to bring to City Hall.

Preservation Protection Perseverance
Infrastructure for Growth
For Traffic Improvements & Infrastructure Upgrades, my goal is to widen Flippen Road and improve traffic flow across Stockbridge.
I will advocate for a traffic signal at Tye Street for area residents and make sure the $6 million in SPLOST projects for the Tye Street area are fully implemented, improving:
• Water & sewer systems
• Stormwater management
• Street lighting
• Sidewalk infrastructure
Education & Recreation Center
I will continue to improve the quality of life through the construction of the Stockbridge Recreation Center for Youth & Seniors.
We have $10 million coming from the SPLOST 1-cent sales tax that’s currently being collected. I will work to ensure a new recreation center that provides youth development programs, constructive recreational activities for our youth, and programs for our seniors.
Additionally, I will work with our school system to improve educational outcomes, from Smith Barnes Elementary to Stockbridge Elementary, and support the new $73 million STEM School, using my IT background to promote innovation in education.
